A decade-plus closing UCaaS and CCaaS deals with IT and the C-suite, and the rare rep who builds the software to win them. Everything below is live, deployed, and in use.
Enterprise sales executive who builds the tools to close.
A decade-plus selling UCaaS/CCaaS to IT and C-suite buyers across GoTo, Zoom, and Citrix, including President's Club 2024 and $700K in current new ARR. Pairs a closer's track record with hands-on technical ability, designing and shipping production sales tools, AI-powered apps, and system integrations in React, Python, and Netlify rather than waiting for them to exist. Turns technical and business requirements into solutions that move deals. He also runs a self-hosted FreePBX/Asterisk lab — the UCaaS/CCaaS stack he sells, built, integrated, and secured end to end — so the technical credibility behind the pitch is hands-on, not theoretical.

Champion Corner
Buyer's-Seat Toolkit
Problem
Reps pitch from the seller's seat. Deals stall when the champion can't carry the case into rooms the rep never enters.
Build
A six-tool, per-prospect workspace that arms the champion to sell internally: deal qualification with disqualify rules, a buying-committee role map, a CFO battlecard, objection rehearsal, a one-page internal business case, and a champion deck branded to the prospect. Auth, real-time autosave, and shareable read-only links.
Why it matters
It operationalizes buyer-side selling. The skill and the software are the same idea, shipped.

Modular Pitch System
Live C-suite presentation app
Problem
A 60-minute C-suite call has to adapt to each buyer's pain in real time. A static deck can't, so the room drifts.
Build
A modular live-pitch app. Select the pain blocks that fit the prospect, vendor sprawl, ticking clock, money pit, IT bottleneck, inside a discovery-to-pain-to-solution-to-proof-to-close arc. An AI content engine generates custom talk tracks, discovery questions, and pain framing per prospect; branding auto-scrapes from the prospect's URL; a built-in TCO calculator quantifies the cost of doing nothing.
Why it matters
It turns a presentation into a system that adjusts to the buyer, not the other way around.

MAP
Mutual action plan platform
Problem
Complex deals slip when buyer and seller lose track of who owns what, and close dates drift with them.
Build
A multi-tenant Mutual Action Plan platform. Each project is its own password-protected workspace tracking every action item by owner, date, and status across gated phases. When a task is marked complete it fires an automated notification, with live multi-viewer sync, PDF export, embeddable views, and an admin console.
Why it matters
It makes mutual accountability a shared document instead of a hopeful email thread.

Self-Hosted VoIP Lab
Built from the protocol up
Problem
To sell UCaaS/CCaaS credibly to IT and the C-suite, you have to understand the product the way the technical buyer does — not the way the brochure describes it. Most reps can't.
Build
A self-hosted FreePBX/Asterisk phone system, built and operated end to end: SIP trunking to the public phone network, multi-extension routing, an IVR auto-attendant, ACD call queues, call recording, voicemail-to-email, and time-based business-hours routing. Browser calling over WebRTC. Salesforce and HubSpot integration — screen pops, click-to-dial, automatic call logging. Real-time call events pushed to automation platforms through a custom Python service on Asterisk's AMI/ARI interfaces. Secured end to end with TLS and SRTP encryption, Fail2Ban, firewall lockdown, and a full toll-fraud control set: Class of Service dialing limits, per-extension rate and concurrency caps, and CDR-based anomaly alerting.
Why it matters
It turns "I sell telephony" into "I've built telephony." The security, integration, call-routing, and encryption questions a technical buyer raises are ones I've configured myself. The skill and the system are the same idea, shipped.
Self-hosted lab. Architecture, configuration, and a walkthrough available on request.
423d→3wkStalled deal · to signature
Converted a 423-day opportunity that had twice gone to the board for budget approval into a three-week close, by re-engaging the champion, isolating the core pain, building the solution forward, and coaching them to bring the financial buyer in to articulate value, lock the timeline, and approve signature.
